About the role
Asset Management Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM) engineering teams in India. This individual will partner very closely with various business and the global technology teams, in addition to the broader Asset management technology teams to deliver a best in class product supporting the FDAM business
What you'll do
- Lead the team: As a Engineering Manager, help manage the priorities and provide technical expertise, direction and engineering excellence for the team
- Act as a single point of accountability for the Engineering practices and ensure appropriate governance is in place
