About the role
Job Title – Manager – Security Infrastructure To manage and support the physical security infrastructure, which includes various applications, databases, and any ancillary technical hardware associated with these systems Effectively communicates and escalates emergency situations to the proper stakeholders and takes charge of providing timely resolution of security systems
What you'll do
- Manage access control, visitor management, and video application and associated database
- Support the security operations and RSOC team daily, manage vendors and provide on call support rotational 24/7/365
- Participate in and support security system technical upgrades, repairs and preventative maintenance of Lenel database, hardware and other field devices
- Interact regularly with key stakeholders at all levels and with peers
- Collaborate with onshore teams to deploy advanced, future-proof system solutions across multiple global sites
