About the role
Procure civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fabrication, housekeeping, safety, and facility maintenance materials and services. Coordinate with Administration, Maintenance and internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for infrastructure projects, maintenance works, and facility services.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process for Infrastructure & Maintenance procurement
- Coordinate with Administration, Maintenance and internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for infrastructure projects, maintenance works, and facility services
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to avoid operational downtime
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance consumables, spare parts, and critical items in coordination with Stores
