About the role
Paradigm Realty is looking for a senior leader to own and scale enterprise-wide automation and system integration across Sales, CRM, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Compliance. This role will act as a business-first system integrator , translating SOPs, RACIs, and stage-gates into digitized workflows, integrated platforms, and real-time dashboards .
What you'll do
- Define and execute the enterprise automation and digital transformation roadmap
- Integrate CRM, ERP, DMS, HRMS, procurement, billing, and BI platforms
- Convert SOPs and approval matrices into system-enforced workflows
- Automate sales funnel, collections, project controls, BOQ, and vendor management
- Build COO-level dashboards for sales velocity, cost variance, cashflow, and compliance
