What you'll do
- Support in evaluation of new business opportunities
- Prepare financial feasibility models covering CAPEX, revenues, costs, cash flows and perform IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback, break-even, sensitivity, and scenario analysis
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and Fls for project and construction finance
- Assist in JV, PE, strategic partnership, and management contract evaluations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance tracking against return benchmarks
