What you'll do
- A. Contract Drafting & Review (MEP Scope)
- Draft, review, and finalize MEP contracts, work orders, LOAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts for Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works
- Review MEP scope of work, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical annexures for clarity and completeness
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable NBC, IS codes, Fire norms, Electrical safety rules, local authority approvals, GST, Labour laws, and other statutory requirements
