- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission to senior management
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key credit metrics, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency
- Policy Training & Capacity Building: Design and deliver comprehensive policy-level training programs for ACMs, ZCMs
- Representation in Business Forums: Act as a representative of the Credit Department in Business Review Meetings (BRMs), strategy discussions
