About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of credit underwriting policies and operational processes at the field level. The incumbent will work closely with State, Zonal, and Branch teams to identify process gaps, strengthen policy adherence, enhance credit quality, and support portfolio performance through data-driven insights and training initiatives.

What you'll do

• Conduct state-wise gap analysis on credit underwriting practices and policy implementation to identify deviations and improvement areas
• Participate in State and Zonal training sessions, review meetings, and discussions to evaluate field-level understanding and execution of policies and processes
• Undertake regular field visits to assess overdue trends, portfolio performance, credit underwriting practices, and adherence to policies
• Design and develop training modules on credit underwriting norms, operational processes, and policy guidelines; deliver periodic training sessions for ACMs, ZCMs, SCMs
• Prepare and present MIS reports, gap analysis reports, field visit reports, and management presentations with actionable insights
