Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Counsellor to guide and support clients/patients through consultation, counseling, and follow-up. The role involves understanding individual needs, providing appropriate guidance, and helping clients make informed decisions while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

What you'll do

• Client Counseling & Support
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person / telephonic / online)
• Understand client needs, concerns, and goals
• Provide appropriate guidance, solutions, or treatment plans
• Schedule and manage counseling appointments
