What you'll do
- Building Facilities, Snagging & Transitions
- Record snags, coordinate with Projects for rectification, and ensure timely closure
- Inspect and monitor building services including lifts, HVAC, fire systems, water supply, power supply, and civil works
- Track occupant complaints, ensure timely reporting, follow-up, and resolution
- Escalate major/minor breakdowns immediately if they impact operations
