What you'll do
- Source potential or prospective customers. 2.3. Involvement with new JLG (Joint Liability Group) formation and maintaining professional relationship
- Providing proper orientation on loan processes and thorough communication about fees and interest rate, instalments
- Scheduling weekly plan for disbursing the loans and submit it to the respective Branch Manager. 2.7
- Ensure that professional recovery policies and procedures are followed
- Visit on monthly basis. 2.8. Collection of EMIs as per collection schedule. 2.9. Maintain proper documentation and mandatory registers in the branch
