2.1. Conduct Village Survey and identify potential areas to develop business according to business requirements and the individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis. 2.2. What you'll do

- Scheduling weekly plan for disbursing the loans and submit it to the respective Branch Manager. 2.7
- Ensure that professional recovery policies and procedures are followed
- Visit on monthly basis. 2.8. Collection of EMIs as per collection schedule. 2.9. Maintain proper documentation and mandatory registers in the branch
