What you'll do
- Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization
- Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition
