About the role
Annapurna Finance Pvt Ltd (AFPL) is a microfinance venture of People’s Forum, which is more than 2 decades old development organization. The sole purpose of AFPL is to reach out to remote areas which are away from formal financial system. With a portfolio of over 5000cr AFPL is serving more than 2.0 million borrowers through a network of more than 900 branches across 20 states.
What you'll do
- Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization
- Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition
