Entry-level finance role at Finova Capital in Udaipur. Open to freshers with Class 12.
About the role
Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned areavis-à-vis customers and the local community. Give proper orientation about loan tenure, fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc of the organisation to each member at the time of disbursement.
What you'll do
- Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization
- Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition
