About the role
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to make Docket look and feel like a category leader. You'll own high-output marketing design: social creatives, carousels, landing-page visuals, decks, and campaign assets. This is not "make it pretty." This is a design that drives clarity, trust, and conversion .
What you'll do
- What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- A scalable design system (templates + components) that speeds up output
- Consistent, recognizable Docket visual language across social + web
- Faster creative turnaround without quality dropping
- Social creatives that materially improve engagement/CTR
