Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized Hospital Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments. The role focuses on patient facilitation, inter-departmental coordination, admission–discharge support, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the hospital.
What you'll do
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, front desk, billing, and diagnostic departments
- Assist patients and attendants with hospital procedures, documentation, and service guidance
- Monitor patient flow to ensure timely consultations, investigations, and treatments
- Support doctors during ward rounds by coordinating patient records and updates
