About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee end-to-end operational activities for our 4-star and above hotel/hospital properties . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth operational knowledge, and hands-on experience in implementing SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel/hospital
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
- Conduct regular operational audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, security, and administrative functions to maintain a safe and well-maintained environment
