About the role
The Garment Pattern Making Workshop Lab Assistant provides support to students and faculty in the pattern-making process, equipment usage, and material handling, while ensuring the efficient and safe operation of pattern-making tools and software.
What you'll do
- Pattern Making Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and assist students with the use of manual and digital pattern-making tools, including drafting tables, rulers
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and perform maintenance on pattern-making tools and ensure that software is updated and functioning properly
