About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to ensure maximum uptime of production machines, automation equipment, electrical systems, and utilities in a solar inverter manufacturing facility. The role involves preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting automation and electrical systems, managing a team of 3–4 technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Maintain production machines, utilities, and automation equipment for maximum uptime
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, drives, HMIs, conveyors, and electrical panels
- Support machine installation, commissioning, upgrades, and vendor coordination
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
