About the role
To ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and safety of injection molding machines, auxiliaries, utilities, and plant infrastructure through planned, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, while driving cost optimization, TPM culture, and continuous improvement. Lead overall maintenance management of molding machines, MC health upkeep, breakdown control, MC availability & performance improvement.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hydraulics, servo systems, PLCs, heaters, thermocouples, barrel & screw assemblies
- Machine availability & NON-STOP machine performance, ensuring the closest to zero breakdowns
- Lead critical breakdown handling with minimum downtime
- Preventive, predictive, condition-based & breakdown maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Machine health enhancement & sustenance mechanism planning
