The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving machine efficiency, and supporting safe manufacturing operations. What you'll do
- Machine Reliability & Breakdown Maintenance
- Ensure maximum machine availability and uninterrupted production by maintaining near-zero machine breakdowns
- Perform preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines as per maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical faults in injection molding machines
- Monitor machine performance and take timely corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
