About the role
The HR Generalist – TIH will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, and compliance, in a fast-paced and regulated fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations , including interview scheduling, documentation, and BGV processes
- Support onboarding, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle transactions
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR compliance, audits, and policy implementation
