About the role
The Associate Manager – Business Analysis will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the Credit & Appraisal function. The role involves managing business data, enhancing and monitoring the Business Rule Engine (BRE), ensuring data accuracy across systems, and strengthening operational capabilities through structured training support.
What you'll do
- Analyse business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights across Pan India operations
- Monitor the functionality and performance of the Business Rule Engine (BRE) on a regular basis
- Develop and integrate new logics or rules into the BRE interface as per evolving business requirements
- Manage, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Conduct training sessions for field and operational teams on process and policy updates
