Finalization of Concept / DD / CTC of project Cost Monitoring of assigned project. Inter Department collaboration for resolving project issues. Assessment of cost variance and change request note and approval of the same. Compilation of all reports of MIS.
What you'll do
- Evaluate the tenders received from Design for Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infra packages
- Evaluate tender estimate with Budget provisions , interact with design and execution team and assess the tender requirements
- Process improvisation and policy formation
