Identify and evaluate suppliers for construction materials (RCC & Finishing material) required for residential projects. Develop and maintain a preferred vendor database. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers. Build long-term supplier relationships with vendors. Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
