About the role
As a ML Engineer, you will architect the core intelligence layer of our SaaS document processing platform. You will be responsible for building high-performance OCR and Computer Vision pipelines capable of training on 10 million+ images and delivering sub-second inference in production.
What you'll do
- Design and implement advanced Computer Vision architectures (CNNs, Vision Transformers, LayoutLM) for complex document extraction
- Lead large-scale training efforts involving 10 million+ images , ensuring efficient data loading, distributed training, and convergence at scale
- Develop robust OCR pipelines that handle varied lighting, multi-lingual scripts, and noisy document scans with industry-leading accuracy
- Optimize model latency for real-time SaaS applications using techniques like Quantization, Pruning, and compilation (TensorRT, ONNX)
- Build automated Model Retraining Loops and monitoring systems (AIOps) to handle data drift and ensure consistent performance in production
