About the role
Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams for end-to-end order processing of B2B customers across Pan India. Ensure timely execution, planning, and dispatch of customer orders as per committed timelines. Monitor and analyze sales orders for B2B, Cash & Carry (C&C), E-Commerce, and Export Business customers.

- Stock Transfer Order (STO) Processing Time
- Sales & Stock Report Timeliness
- Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams for end-to-end order processing of B2B customers across Pan India
- Ensure timely execution, planning, and dispatch of customer orders as per committed timelines
- Monitor and analyze sales orders for B2B, Cash & Carry (C&C), E-Commerce, and Export Business customers
