About the role
The Retail Outlet Staff is responsible for managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role involves strict adherence to company policies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with the outlet in-charge and other team members.
What you'll do
- Customer Service & Compliance Follow all company policies and guidelines while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, addressing feedback, suggestions, and complaints promptly
- Ensure every customer is attended to without delay
- Outlet Operations Coordinate and manage daily operational activities of the outlet
- Assist the outlet in-charge with opening and closing procedures as per set timings
