About the role

We are looking for a patient-focused and organized Patient Coordinator to manage patient flow, appointments, and overall coordination in our Ayurvedic hospital. The candidate will ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients from consultation to treatment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-ups
• Guide patients and attendants throughout their treatment journey
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and hospital staff
• Handle patient queries and provide necessary information about treatments
