About the role
Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned area vis-à-vis customers and the local community. Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group).
What you'll do
- Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization
- Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM
- Follow recovery policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition
