About the role
Design, develop and implement SOPs and Quality Control measures, ERP and Internal audit system Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality systems, including those of subcontractors and suppliers - Drive a culture of continuous improvement Proactive approach to improve quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continuous improvement
What you'll do
- Design, develop and implement SOPs and Quality Control measures, ERP and Internal audit system
- Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality systems, including those of subcontractors and suppliers - Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements and SOPs
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for Quality non-conformance
- Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in compliance with quality systems
