About the role
Responsible for ensuring product and process quality across SMT, Assembly, Testing, Wave Soldering, and Final Inspection. Drive defect reduction, FPY improvement, RCA, CAPA, and compliance with quality standards.
What you'll do
- Monitor and improve process and product quality
- Conduct process audits, line audits, and product inspections
- Perform RCA using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, and 8D
- Implement and track CAPA / corrective actions
- Drive FPY improvement, rejection and rework reduction
