- Repair & Maintenance: Repair damaged units, restore faulty equipment to working condition, and ensure quality standards are met post-repair
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts, replacement units, and service materials
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate daily and weekly updates with the Design, Production, and Quality teams regarding faulty unit trends, defect reports
