About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the audit operations of a designated state within a specific state across all operational areas of the organization. The incumbent will lead a team of auditors, ensuring that all branch audits are conducted to the highest standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct audits as directed by the HOD, including team-led and independent audits
- Monitor audit reports of all branches within the assigned zone
- Conduct risk assessments based on audit reports and share findings with the HOD
- Prepare audit schedules and conduct surprise audits based on risk assessments
- Ensure completion of auditor audits as per monthly requirements set by the HOD
