About the role
Mould machine alignment & reporting machine running status. Man/machine alignment vs. target output. Polymer issue, control & pre-conditioning against production plans assigned. Controlling rejections & machine downtime. Mould loading is to be initiated & complied with verification of mould readiness & to check that the mould is loaded on the designated machine.
What you'll do
- Ensuring performance in production areas which is Availability, productivity, and quality, to achieve OEE > 80%
- Ensure the quality index at the shop floor for moulding operations
- Execute mould change according to the production sequence & changeover plans assigned in the planning sheet
- Reporting hourly shift production reports with rejection & downtime details
- Keep track of online/offline rework status
