About the role
Ensuring Production performance areas which is Availability, Productivity, Quality to achieve OEE->80% Mould machine alignment & Reporting Machine running status. Ensure Quality index at shop floor for Moulding Operations. Man / Machine alignment Vs Target Output. Overlook Mould change according to the production sequence & change over plans.
What you'll do
- Ensuring Production performance areas which is Availability, Productivity, Quality to achieve OEE->80%
- Ensure Quality index at shop floor for Moulding Operations
- Reporting Hourly shift Production report with Rejections & downtime details
- Keep track of online/offline rework status
- Provide training and support for mc operators with SMP &GMP standards and best practices
