Technical Lead-Embedded Systems

About the role

We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to design and develop communication-centric firmware for power electronics devices. The role focuses on implementing reliable wireless and positioning technologies such as BLE and GNSS, while ensuring high performance, robustness, and security in constrained embedded environments.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define system specifications
• Design, develop, and test high-quality embedded firmware for communication modules (BLE, GNSS, and related subsystems)
• Implement and optimize communication stacks and protocols for reliability and efficiency
• Ensure robustness, security, and fault tolerance of communication interfaces
• Develop firmware with strong protection mechanisms against tampering and unauthorized access
