- Act Compliance: Ensure complete, proactive compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, FEMA/RBI guidelines, and relevant regulations set by SEBI, PMLA
- Board, Shareholder & Governance Management
- Meeting Protocol: Meticulously organize, prepare, and circulate high-quality agendas, notices, and resolutions for all Board, Committee (e.g., CSR, Audit)
