CPA- Certified Public Accountant at FinSignments. Bookkeeping & Financial Records Management- Maintain and manage accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for US-based clients.
What you'll do
- Bookkeeping & Financial Records Management- Maintain and manage accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for US-based clients
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data regularly
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- US Tax Compliance & Reporting- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, etc.) in accordance with IRS guidelines
