What you'll do
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resourcing across Salesforce initiatives
- Lead program‑level governance, including executive steering committees, status reviews, escalation paths, and decision frameworks
- Oversee multiple Salesforce delivery teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment to roadmap, priorities, and architectural guardrails
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend, and benefits tracking
- Identify, track, and mitigate program‑level risks, issues, and cross‑project dependencies
