What you'll do
- Data Operations and Delivery
- Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of all Salesforce data changes, including record creation, updates, deletions, merges, ownership reassignments, bulk loads
- Manage the data team's Jira Service Management queue, including triage, priority definitions, service levels, and weekly throughput
- Lead acquisition and platform data migrations into Salesforce, including field mapping, validation, and reconciliation, in partnership with data stewards and engineers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Finance on Salesforce data requests
