About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract. The role will primarily support the transition of our accounting function from a third-party vendor to an in-house setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, Zoho, and Tally, with a strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
What you'll do
- Support the Finance team in maintaining and updating the books of accounts
- Assist with the migration of books of accounts from the existing third-party vendor to the in-house accounting system
- Work on accounting entries, reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping activities
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Work closely with the Finance team to validate and reconcile data during the migration process
