About the role
You will work on creating reliable, automated, and scalable reporting and analytics that gives teams real-time visibility into key business metrics. Beyond reporting, you will identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and root causes, and translate data into actionable insights that help teams make faster and better decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and automate dashboards and reporting across supply, inventory, sourcing, quality, cost, productivity, sales, and operations
- Bring data together from multiple sources and pipelines to create a single, reliable view of business performance
- Develop automated reporting with the right frequency — daily, hourly, or real-time — based on business requirements
- Identify anomalies, trends, deviations, and emerging issues proactively, rather than waiting for teams to flag them
- Enable faster Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by helping teams quickly understand what happened, why it happened, and what is driving the issue
