As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting a flagship post-trade processing platform that serves global futures, options, and clearing markets. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality solutions that support exchanges, clearing organizations, brokers, and financial institutions worldwide.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical applications on the IBM i (AS400) platform
- Analyze business requirements and create detailed technical design documentation
- Estimate development efforts, track progress, and contribute to delivery planning
- Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Develop and optimize RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CL, and DB2/400 based applications
