About the role
The team works closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve production issues, support releases, and drive continuous service improvements. The new hire should possess both L2 and L3 support expertise, enabling them to manage day-to-day production issues, drive complex troubleshooting efforts, perform code-level analysis, and collaborate with development teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for Java-based production applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within agreed SLAs
- Perform detailed issue analysis using logs, monitoring tools, and database queries
- Coordinate with L3 Development, Infrastructure, Middleware, and Database teams for complex issue resolution
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes
