About the role
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in metal fabrication. The role involves managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring quality compliance, optimizing resources, and meeting delivery timelines.
What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet project schedules and delivery commitments
- Oversee fabrication and manufacturing of pipe supports as per approved drawings and MEP standards
- Coordinate with procurement for steel sourcing, vendor selection, and material availability
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity
