Business Analyst - Crypto Private Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the launch and enhancement of a crypto-only private banking platform in India. The ideal candidate will combine deep product expertise, strong crypto domain knowledge, and excellent customer-facing skills to drive the successful customization, integration, and delivery of the platform’s India-specific features.

What you'll do

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, product vision, and India-specific regulatory and operational needs
• Translate crypto and financial use cases into detailed business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
• Lead requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation sessions with internal and external teams
• Work closely with product, development, and compliance teams to customize the existing FX platform for crypto, including eKYC, onboarding forms, and payment flows
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT by preparing test cases and validating implementation outcomes
