What you'll do
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys
- Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace
