Plan and roll out business plan to sales teams and partners for Bancassurance channel. Design and Roll out Contest and Incentives for sales team. Work closely with the business head and design contests / incentive scheme to meet the business plan. Coordinate with partners and operation department for coding, ensure compliance , preparing review and partner dashboards
